Midday Supervisory Assistant job summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible Midday Supervisor to join our warm and welcoming team. The hours of work are7.5 hours per week, to be worked at lunch time, school term-time only (38 weeks per year).

You will be responsible for supervising pupils both indoors and outdoors during lunch time to ensure their safety and well-being and maintaining our high expectations of behaviour.

You will:

      • Be able to form positive relationships with children and staff
      • have high expectations of behaviour, effort and attitude
      • have patience, empathy and the ability to think on your feet
      • demonstrate ability to exert authority and give directions in a confident manner
