Midday Supervisory Assistant job summary

The successful candidate for the Midday Supervisory Assistant role will be responsible, approachable, and proactive, with a passion for working with children. They will supervise and support pupils during lunchtime, ensuring a safe and positive environment. The role involves promoting good behaviour, facilitating inclusive play, and assisting with any additional needs, all while upholding the school’s values and safeguarding standards. They will work closely with staff to enhance pupils' well-being and ensure a positive lunchtime experience.
