Midday Supervisory Assistant (MSA) job summary
Do you enjoy creating a safe and happy environment for children to play, eat and socialise?
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a warm, calm and supportive approach to working with children
- Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with staff and pupils
- Can promote positive behaviour and inclusion during lunchtime
- Shows initiative, flexibility and a commitment to safeguarding
- Has experience working with children in a school or childcare setting (desirable)
- Is willing to undertake first aid and safeguarding training (essential)
