Midday Supervisory Assistant job summary
We are looking to appoint a Midday Supervisory Assistant for 10 hours per week, on a term time only basis to join our team at The Compass Academy
This role will work as part of a team monitoring pupil behaviour during the midday break to ensure a caring and safe environment. The postholder will be required to work indoors and outdoors when supervising the children and young people to ensure their safety.

The Compass Alternative Provision Academy is a member of the Sentamu Academy Learning Trust (SALT) situated to the north of Hull with open aspects. It also sits on the boundary of the East Riding, very close to the village of Wawne. It provides Alternative Provision education to students aged between 11 and 14. The academy provides a warm and friendly environment with staff and governors working together to provide a happy, secure and caring environment.
