What skills and experience we're looking for

We have a new Midday Supervisory Assistant post for 10 hours per week, to start in April 2025. The post will be 2 hours per day every day from 11.30 – 13.30.

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic member of staff who can help serve cold lunch options from our sandwich bar. A certificate in Basic Food Hygiene would be advantageous but not essential as training can be given to the successful candidate.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, being able to communicate effectively with pupils and staff;

• Experience of working in a similar role;

• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team;

• Flexibility and adaptability;

• A willingness to learn and develop existing skills;

• A sense of humour

• To uphold our church school values.
