Minibus Driver job summary
Can you drive a minibus? Would you like a rewarding job working with young people with special educational needs and disabilities?
We are seeking two Minibus Drivers to join our College Support Team. We have one 32.5-hour contract and one 15-hour contract available, with some flexibility to negotiate hours for the right candidates.
As a member of our Support Team, you will work closely with other support staff, teaching assistants and teachers to drive our minibuses transporting young people to college and home and support young people on trips and visits into the community. You will be confident about working with (or learning to work with) young people with a range of SEND needs and either have or be willing to learn about best practice in the area.

This provides the college with many opportunities including transition routes into the wider community, employment and supported work experience, independent living and specialist support from highly skilled multi-agency professionals and therapists.
