Morning Receptionist job summary

We are looking for a morning receptionist to work Monday to Friday 8-11. This is a term time only role which involves 5 x INSET days.

This role will be based in the main reception and as school receptionist you will be responsible for all incoming calls to the switchboard, taking accurate messages and passing on to the relevant person, and to provide an efficient, friendly reception service to all visitors to the school, whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.

You will also be required to assist students with queries as a point of contact at Student Services.
