Multi Agency Teams Coordinator (MATCO) job summary

We are seeking a Multi-Agency Teams Coordinator to play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration between CWAT and external agencies, ensuring students receive the best possible support for their educational and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central liaison between Chiltern Way Academy Trust and external agencies, including social services, healthcare providers, and educational specialists.
  • Coordinate and facilitate multi-agency meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of interventions in line with GDPR.
  • Support safeguarding leads and pastoral teams to enhance student outcomes.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen multi-agency working across CWAT.
