Multi Agency Teams Coordinator (MATCO) job summary
We are seeking a Multi-Agency Teams Coordinator to play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration between CWAT and external agencies, ensuring students receive the best possible support for their educational and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the central liaison between Chiltern Way Academy Trust and external agencies, including social services, healthcare providers, and educational specialists.
- Coordinate and facilitate multi-agency meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of interventions in line with GDPR.
- Support safeguarding leads and pastoral teams to enhance student outcomes.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen multi-agency working across CWAT.
