About the Role:

The White Horse Federation is a Multi-Academy Trust of 30 schools across Swindon, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire, committed to delivering exceptional education for all our students.

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice to join our Central Team at our office in Swindon. As part of our Team, you will support and contribute to the development and delivery of marketing strategies and campaigns across a variety of digital and traditional channels—helping promote our schools and the values of the Trust.

This role is offered in partnership with Baltic Apprenticeships, a leading apprenticeship training provider specialising in digital, IT, and marketing apprenticeships.


About the Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship (Level 3) – via Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship offers hands-on experience while you learn the core principles of marketing, including:

  • Creating engaging content across platforms (social media, email, blogs, print)

  • SEO basics and web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)

  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns

  • Using tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or CMS platforms

  • Market research, audience segmentation, and performance tracking

You’ll receive a structured training programme delivered remotely by Baltic Apprenticeships, with regular mentor support and real-time workplace learning that will help you develop valuable digital marketing skills.


Who Can Apply – Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this apprenticeship, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be aged 16 or over and no longer in full-time education

  • Have the right to work in the UK

  • Not already hold a qualification at the same or higher level in marketing

  • Not be in full-time education at the time of starting the apprenticeship
