Multi Skilled Site Staff job summary
Working in the Estates team you will report to a Multi Academy Manager and work within a small team for a cluster of Academies.
The Multi Skilled Site Staff member is responsible for performing a variety of facilities and maintenance tasks to ensure all academy sites are safe, functional, and create a positive educational environment.
The successful candidate will work as part of the site team, conducting regular maintenance and repair duties while adhering to health and safety regulations as well as safeguarding the welfare of children that you come into contact with in accordance with the Trust Safeguarding policy.
This role requires versatility, hands-on skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will need to be flexible in your approach and adaptable.
