Our Available Roles

1. SEND Teaching Assistants Working within our main school or our dedicated resource base, you will support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
● The Role: Providing tailored, day-to-day support to children with a range of needs, including some with significant or complex learning and physical needs.
● Ideal Candidate: Someone with an empathetic, patient nature, a resilient attitude, and prior experience or a strong interest in adaptive teaching and SEND support.

2. Early Years (Reception) Teaching Assistants Welcoming our youngest learners and helping them build a brilliant foundation for their education.
● The Role: Working within our Reception classes to support early literacy, numeracy, and social development through purposeful play and structured learning.
● Ideal Candidate: Someone with specific Early Years (EYFS) and SEN experience, an understanding of child development, and a warm, energetic approach to learning.

3. Deaf Centre Teaching Assistants Joining our wonderful, highly-regarded specialist provision for Deaf and hearing-impaired children.
● The Role: Supporting pupils within our specialised Deaf Centre and assisting with their inclusion into mainstream classes.
● Ideal Candidate: Must hold British Sign Language (BSL) Level 1 or Level 2. You will have a passion for deaf education and the communication skills required to help our pupils thrive socially and academically.
