At Queensbury, we are looking for a Drama and Music Teacher who can bring energy, creativity, and innovation to our growing Performing Arts department.
We're building a modern, diverse, and relevant curriculum that reflects the world our students live in. Our aim is to spark imagination, celebrate cultures, and build confidence through performance.
Students at Key Stage 3 enjoy weekly music and performing arts lessons, which blend drama and dance. Our curriculum is rich, inclusive, and designed to foster deep knowledge and appreciation of a wide range of genres and styles.
Teach across Drama and Music at KS3 and KS4.
Be part of a team to grow a KS5 curriculum.
Shape a vibrant, forward-thinking curriculum alongside a passionate team
Access to specialist facilities designed to support high-quality teaching and performance
Get involved in our annual school production, seasonal concerts, and a host of exciting trips and events
Help expand our extra-curricular music and drama provision, a key part of life at Queensbury
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has a strong background in both Drama and Music
Can bring innovative teaching practices and infectious enthusiasm to the classroom
Values inclusivity, representation, and creativity in the arts
Is eager to engage with extra-curricular activities and community performances
Closing date: 12th October 2025 and interviews TBC
