‘Narrowing the Gap’ - Pupil Premium Teaching Assistant 32.5 hrs per week (8.30am to 3.30pm – with half an hour unpaid break) 38 weeks per year (term time only) Salary G3 £18,887 to £20,043 (£13,705- £14,544 pro rata) Required from 1st September 2022 Do you want to work with bright, committed and well-behaved students? We are seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant who will support teachers with removing barriers to learning across all subjects up to GCSE (ages 11-16), with a specific focus on Yr 11 Pupil Premium (PP) students. You will work with small PP groups or individuals, in lessons and to create appropriate resources for PP students. We are looking for someone who is able to provide direction to students and can work proactively with class teachers. The successful candidate will have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a keen interest in helping students achieve their best.
