Non-teaching Assistant Head of Year job summary

We are seeking to appoint 3 team players within the Key Stage 3 and 4 offices who will be responsible for working in partnership with their relevant Head of Year, supporting students on their development, both academically and pastorally.

The roles are fixed term to August 2026 with a potential to be made permanent.

You will champion the ethos and culture of the school; recognising, supporting and leading on ‘standards’ in all areas for your cohort.

In our most recent Ofsted inspection, [October 2021], we maintained our status as a ‘good’ school. We offer a friendly, supportive working environment, which values talented, committed staff and offers excellent professional development opportunities.
