The Role
Are you highly organised, approachable and ready to play a vital role in the smooth running of a busy, nurturing nursery environment? Brooksward School is looking for a friendly and efficient Nursery Administrator to join our team.
As the first point of contact for families and visitors, you’ll be the warm, welcoming face of the nursery – handling enquiries, coordinating admissions and supporting day-to-day operations with care and professionalism. From maintaining accurate records and managing funding claims to tracking invoices and supporting our communication and marketing efforts, no two days will be the same.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, has a keen eye for detail and enjoys being at the heart of a dynamic, child-focused setting. You’ll be working closely with the Nursery Manager and wider team to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, helping to create a calm and positive experience for children, families and staff alike.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be available for up to 5 days during August (to be arranged) for a thorough handover and to prepare for the September start.
