About the role
Greenfields Primary School is looking for a Nursery Assistant with knowledge and/or experience in a nursery environment to add specific skills that complement our successful team. You must possess a natural nurturing ability, want to encourage children to achieve and be a good team player. You will be a good communicator, have a good command of the English language, be trustworthy, reliable, take pride in what you do and above all else, be an exemplary role model to small children.
We are a happy and friendly school with amazing children. Our Nursery opened in September 2017 and takes children from the age of 2 years. Our vision for all our children and the people who work with us is to be the best we can be in everything that we do. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking person who will put the children at the heart at everything. College leavers with Level 2 in Child Care and Early Years will be considered.
We can offer you a great team with a wide range of training opportunities including bespoke courses from the David Ross Education Trust.

Greenfields Primary School & Nursery joined the David Ross Education Trust in November 2013 and in January 2020 they received a glowing “Outstanding” from Ofsted. “Pupils are very proud of their school. Hours
The hours are 37 hour a week, 39 weeks per year, term time only. Working Days will be Monday and Friday (8am-4pm)
