Qualifications: Has a relevant early years qualification and sound knowledge of child development.
Experience: Experience working within EYFS and a passion for high-quality early education.

- Confidence in encouraging pupil-led learning and fostering development.
- An understanding of language development and inclusive practice.

Your Role in Building Brighter Futures
As a Nursery Educator at Willowdown Primary School, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura’s mission: “Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish.” We are looking for someone who is passionate about living our values and making a positive impact on all the young people in our Trust.
Willowdown Primary School is an expanding and well-resourced school in Bridgwater, just minutes from the M5. Our growing Nursery and EYFS provision offers exciting opportunities for outdoor learning and a curriculum that sparks curiosity and independence. We are proud of our friendly and creative staff team and our wonderful children who are eager to learn.
As Nursery Educator, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting a rich and engaging EYFS curriculum across the Nursery in partnership with the Reception team.
- Encouraging curiosity and independence in children through high-quality learning experiences.
- Building positive relationships with children, staff, and families to create a nurturing environment.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of practice and provision in our Nursery setting.

- Start Date: 15th June 2025
- Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (32.5 hours per week), term time only
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Location: Willowdown Primary School, Bridgwater (5 minutes from M5, J23)
