We are looking for an experienced Early Years Practitioner who has managed or experience in Leading a Nursery. The role is 34 hours per week (term time + inset days) on a permanent contract. The salary is Bucks Pay 3 band, but this may be negotiable in line with previous experience. This position is to start ASAP.

We are looking for a Nursery Lead who:

  • Has an NVQ3 in Early Years Childcare or higher (Essential)
  • Has experience of working in Early years and has a good knowledge of the EYFS Framework (Essential)
  • Has managed or has experience of leading in a Nursery (Essential).
  • Plan, share and teach well structured EYFS Activities.
  • Is a confident practitioner who demonstrates oustanding practice and high expectations of achievement and behaviour
  • Is able to communicately effectively with children, parents and staff
  • Is enthusiastic, energetic, hardworking and resilient
  • Is well-organised
  • Is a good team player
  • Has a fun, positive approach to life
  • Has a clear passion for Early Years
