What skills and experience we're looking for
- Hold Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) or Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) and a suitable level 2 English qualification, or
- Hold Level 6 qualification to be in Nursery
- Plan and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes high standards of behaviour and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.
- Embrace our Christian ethos and values to create a caring and inclusive classroom.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to build meaningful relationships within the school community.
- Have a passion for teaching and a commitment to high standards in education
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Are adaptable and committed to the Christian values that our school upholds
- Possess enthusiasm to work collaboratively within a team

St Margarets CofE Academy is a primary school which was rated by Ofsted as good in September 2024 and an Excellent Church School in June 2023 by SIAMS.
