What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a Nursery Leader to join our team who is passionate about Early Years education and wants to provide an environment where young children feel safe, cared for and inspired to learn.
A level 3 childcare qualification or Early Years degree is essential for this role.
Experience of working with young children to support both their social and emotional and academic growth is essential, as is a commitment to a relational approach where children and families are made to feel valued and cared for. This role will involve working directly with children, sometimes solely with the nursery group, and sometimes sharing learning with our reception children. You will be part of a supportive team of Early Years staff. You will be given time to plan for the nursery children using the EYFS framework and school curriculum documents which we have devised to meet the needs of our children. The school administrator will organise administration of the nursery, working closely with you.
