NURSERY MANAGER
Commencing July or September 2025
Salary – £31,586 to £36,124 p.a.
40 hours per week (on a shift pattern)
The Role
Are you an experienced early years professional ready to lead with passion and purpose? We’re looking for a Nursery Manager to take the reins of our vibrant, 42-place nursery for babies to 2-year-olds. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference during the most important stage of a child’s development.
You'll be at the heart of our setting – guiding a dedicated team, championing high-quality care and ensuring every child gets the very best start. From day-to-day operations to nurturing strong relationships with families and staff, you’ll be the driving force behind a warm, welcoming and inspiring environment.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need previous management experience and a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years. We’re looking for someone with a genuine love for early childhood education, strong leadership skills and the confidence to lead by example.
