We have strong links through our Multi Academy Trust, The Harbour Schools Partnership (THSP), and we enjoy being able to share expertise as well as offer school to school professional development. Our dedicated team of staff, and governors, work together to create a school where there is a real sense of community and where staff and learners can flourish. Our school aims to provide a stimulating and fun learning environment where pupils are encouraged, supported, motivated and challenged to undertake their personal journey of discovery.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and innovative Nursery Manager to join our dedicated team at South Brent Primary School. In this pivotal year-round role, you will have the opportunity to manage and shape the provision in our new nursery setting, due to open in September 2026. This role offers a rewarding leadership opportunity with excellent support in place. This full time position will include 25 days of paid holiday time, plus bank holidays. 20 days of this allocation must be taken when the nursery is closed. Importantly, during school holidays you will continue to have access to Trust staff who work year‑round, ensuring professional guidance, advice and support are always available.

THSP is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We can promise you a wonderful, highly supportive staff team. An Enhanced DBS is required for this post. THSP is an equal opportunities employer.

To apply for this role please submit your application online; your supporting statement should outline your suitability for the post.
