Nursery Manager job summary

Working hours are 8:15 - 15:45 with a 30min unpaid lunch break.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

  • Has strong knowledge of the EYFS 2024 statutory framework

  • Is passionate about early childhood development and learning through play

  • Can act as a key person, supporting children’s learning, wellbeing and progress

  • Builds positive relationships with children and families

  • Works collaboratively as part of a caring, professional team

  • Understands safeguarding and follows KCSIE 2025 expectations
