Nursery Manager job summary
The role
- Develop our new nursery - build and shape the provision working towards an opening date in the Autumn term.
- Build and nurture a strong team - actively recruit, develop, and empower staff to reach their full potential.
- Establish a high-quality provision - provide a safe, stimulating and caring child-centered environment that caters for children’s educational and developmental needs.
- Nursery management - manage the smooth running of the nursery, ensuring all legislation and standards are met.
