Nursery Manager job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and dynamic colleague with impactful experience to effectively manage our Nursery, under the direction of the EYFS Base Lead, to raise standards so that children make a flying start to life at Westminster and improve the overall offer to our children, parents and staff.

You will need

  • an Early Years' qualification to at least level 3 standard (essential)
  • English level 2 qualification (essential)
  • Maths level 2 qualification (essential)
  • a paediatric first aid qualification. (desirable)
  • experience of leading staff working in Early Years' Foundation Stage in a school nursery setting
  • evidence of safeguarding training
  • good organisation skills
  • effective behaviour management within an Early Years' Foundation Stage setting
