Nursery Nurse job summary

Christ the King Catholic Primary School is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join our Nursery team for one day per week.

Position Details:

• Day: Wednesday

• Hours: 8:30am – 3:45pm (with a 30-minute lunch break)

• Contract: Temporary, from 1st September 2025 to 31st August 2026

• Location: Christ the King Catholic Primary Nursery

Requirements:

• Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) for working in an Early Years setting.

• Previous experience of working in a nursery setting is essential.

• Must be willing to undertake any statutory training required for the role, such as Paediatric First Aid, which will be provided by the school.

We are seeking a caring, reliable, and motivated practitioner with a genuine passion for supporting young children’s learning and development. The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced Early Years Team to deliver high-quality care and education in a nurturing, faith-filled environment.
