Nursery Playworker job summary

To provide high-quality early years education and care for children within the EYFS, supporting their development in line with the EYFS curriculum. You will act as a keyworker for a group of children, fostering strong relationships with families and contributing to a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Strong understanding of the EYFS framework. Knowledge of SEND and inclusive practices. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working with children within the Early Years (age 0-5) Experience working with children with SEND Experience working in a school-based preschool setting (desirable) Experience planning and assessing children against the EYFS framework.

Qualifications and Training Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, or equivalent Paediatric first aid training (desirable)
