Lightwater Village School are seeking dedicated and nurturing part-time Nursery Practitioner to join their vibrant and welcoming team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the foundation of our youngest learners' education within a caring and inclusive environment.

Your Opportunity

Lightwater Village School are looking for a talented, professional or aspiring Nursery Practitioner who shares our vision of high aspirations, achievement and a passion for learning.   • Able to work in partnership with children, parents, staff, governors and the wider community 
  • Able to challenge children to achieve beyond their expectations 
  • Able to provide stimulating and engaging experiences for our children and support them in becoming lifelong learners.

About Lightwater Village Infant and Junior school

Our school stands at the heart of the village community of Lightwater. We offer an outstanding start to education for children from 2 to 11 years old, consistently achieving excellence, yet also engaging children in imaginative and exciting themes whereby learning comes alive.

The Details

Start Date: 13th April 2026

Pay Scale: GLF Associate 2.1 £23,914

Actual Salary: £7,143.43

Hours: 12.5hrs a week, Wed and Thurs 8.30am – 3.15pm (39 weeks - Term time) 

Closing Date: Friday 27th March at 9.30am

Interview Date: TBC
