What skills and experience we're looking for
Brailes C of E Primary School, part of The Stour Federation multi academy trust in South Warwickshire with Shipston Primary School, Acorns Primary School, Kineton C of E Primary School and Wilmcote C of E Primary School, is looking to recruit an excellent Early Years Class Teacher. This position is a 0.4 permanent contract, teaching days Mondays and Tuesdays.
We would be keen to hear about your professional experience and what you can offer. Visits to our school are highly recommended.
We are looking for an inspiring and professionally thoughtful candidate who must be able to use a range of pedagogical techniques and appropriate strategies to nurture and meet the needs of all Early Years children.
To be the successful candidate, you will need to have good experience of working in school, have an excellent knowledge of Early Years curriculum and child development, be both creative and passionate about learning and good at building and sustaining strong relationships with children, families and colleagues. You must have high expectations for all children to flourish.
Applications are most welcome from Early Career teachers as well as more experienced teachers or aspiring middle leaders - a full supportive package will be provided, including coaching, mentoring, curriculum resources and working alongside an experienced Early Years class teacher job share partner, Trust Improvement Leaders and Nursery/Reception teachers across the Trust.

Brailes is situated in a beautiful area of south Warwickshire close to the Oxfordshire border. The school serves the villages of Upper and Lower Brailes, as well as Winderton, Sutton under Brailes, Stourton, Cherington and Whichford.
We are proud of our small school family community in which we value each child within a framework of traditional Christian values. We aim to provide inspiring educational experiences whilst having high expectations for every child to help them achieve their potential.
We have a 15 place Nursery and 4 mixed-age classes.
