Nursery Room Lead (Baby Room) job summary
Baby room Leader required – Little Learners at Greenhall, part of The Creative Learning Partnership Trust

We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active individual with strong organisational skills and a desire to be the best that they can be to be. We are looking for someone who has a child-centred approach at the heart of all they do; a special individual who is warm and nurturing; for someone who will bring magic, fun, enjoyment and play to our children’s lives; for someone who believes in releasing potential in others.
The successful applicant will;
Be an excellent, qualified, early years practitioner
Have a sound understanding of the EYFS and the needs of children in the early years
Be able to plan and implement effectively, resulting in maximum impact for our amazing children
Be passionate about meeting the needs of all children, including those with SEND
Be committed to working closely with parents and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Be able to lead a team of support staff and have the ability to inspire, challenge and motivate others.
Training, support and coaching will be offered to the successful candidate to ensure they are successful in their duties. You will also be joining a thriving Trust that has children at its heart. Full-time, permanent. Grade 6, 37 hours a week. Our opening hours are 7.30-6pm, Monday-Friday. We are open for 51 weeks of the year.
