About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our friendly team. You will work closely with our EYFS Leader to provide high-quality care and education, ensuring the safeguarding, welfare, and development needs of every child are met.
You will:
- Lead the delivery of our nursery provision, following the curriculum plans set by the EYFS Leader
- Monitor, track, and support children’s learning and development
- Maintain statutory records and ensure effective daily organisation
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in Early Years practice
- Level 6 Early Years Professional status
- Previous leadership experience in an Early Years setting
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and Development Matters
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
