Nursery Supervisor job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join Manor Primary School and Westcountry Schools Trust. We are a dynamic organisation with our students and staff at our heart. We are looking to appoint a Nursery Supervisor to join a committed, supportive and hardworking team who work together to provide a caring, inclusive environment where there is a strong ethos of achievement for all.
Westcountry Schools Trust (WeST) is seeking to appoint an exceptional individual with vision, energy and inspirational leadership to the position of Nursery Supervisor at Manor Primary School. The post holder must possess a minimum of a level 3 early years qualification and will work under the guidance of the teaching and senior staff using experience and expertise in Early Years. This role includes wraparound care with breakfast and after school cover. This role is for 30.25 hours per week, 38 weeks per year on grade E.
WeST is a tight-knit family of schools based around natural geographical proximity in the south west. Initially formed as a small multi-academy trust of only two schools in 2011, the Trust as we know it today was launched in 2017 and now comprises 31 close-knit schools. We are ambitious and hold high expectations for the children in our care. We strive consistently to perform in the top 20% nationally.
