Nursery Teacher job summary

Are you an experienced and passionate Early Years practitioner who believes that all children deserve the very best learning opportunities? At Abbey View Primary Academy, we are looking for a Nursery Teacher who is highly driven and motivated, has an eye for detail, and can work creatively. Qualifications: Desirable – QTS Essential - Early Years Professional Status, Early Years Teacher status or any other suitable Level 6 qualification The role of the Nursery Teacher is to ensure all children attending Little Explorers Nursery receive high quality care, are kept safe and are provided with planned and stimulating play and experiences which meet individual needs and support all aspects of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum.

About us:
Abbey View Primary Academy is a new, state of the art academy in the heart of the Pine Trees Development in High Wycombe. We opened our doors in September 2019 and serve the nursery and primary education needs of our new community and new housing development. In September 2023, we will be opening our Year 6 class. The Academy will continue to grow, year-on-year, to a two-form entry primary academy, offering places from Nursery to Year 6 and wraparound care provision.

Abbey View is a vibrant academy where children are enthusiastic and motivated to achieve.
