  • Build strong, positive partnerships with parents and carers

  • Assess progress thoughtfully and use this to shape next steps

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth transition into Reception

You will play a key role in giving children the strongest possible start to school life.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds (or will achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early child development

  • Is passionate about play-based, language-rich learning

  • Creates calm, nurturing environments where children feel secure and confident

  • Has high expectations for all learners from the very beginning

  • Values teamwork, reflection and continuous professional growth

Whether you are at the beginning of your career or bring experience from another setting, we are committed to helping you flourish.
