Nursery Teacher job summary

As a community, our schools commit to ‘living life in all its fullness’ every day. Our Nursery is very much an integral part of our Infant School and works closely with the whole EYFS team to deliver an outstanding curriculum for our children and engage them fully in the life of the school.

Offering 26 places for 3 year olds, our Nursery is very much the start of children's journey through our schools. We focus on giving all the children the confidence and skills they need to make a great start to their school adventure.

The Nursery Teacher role is a 3 days per week (Monday-Wednesday) job share arrangement.

We are intensely proud of all we do, and know it is our combination of our nurturing, distinctively Christian ethos, strong teaching and academic success which ensures children feel safe, are happy and learn well here.

We are a Church of England School with very close links to our Parish Church of Christ Church, and receive visits and support every week from the Vicar (Sandra) and her team of Youth Workers. However we welcome families of all faiths, and those of none, to our school and are pleased to be able to serve all who live in our community.
