• Working pattern: Part time: The applicant will be required to work Monday-Friday during the mornings. Details to be confirmed with the successful applicant. This post will be 15 hours across the week.
• Contract type: Fixed term - 3 months +
• Pay scale: Grade 5, SCP 5 (£11.18 per hour)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled nursery assistant to join our caring and supportive nursery which is part of our small rural primary school. This post will be a part-time position and the successful candidate will be required to have a good working knowledge of the EYFS 2021 curriculum and experience with working with children from 2-5 years. A relevant qualification in Early Years will be required. This post will be to specifically support an individual child in the setting. This post is a fixed term contract to the end of July 2023, however there may be the opportunity to extend into the next academic year.

We are a small school and nursery situated in the village of Woore on the Shropshire/Cheshire/Staffordshire border. We have 3 classes and a nursery. Our grounds are extensive and include a forest school area, daily mile track, polytunnel, outdoor building and a range of playground equipment. We take children from the surrounding area including Staffordshire and Cheshire.
