Nursery Teaching Assistant job summary

The role is mornings only 5 days a week (25 hours per week), on a fixed term from February 2026 to July 2027

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold an approved Level 3 qualification (‘full and relevant’)
  • Be willing to be trained in paediatric First Aid.
  • Care deeply and strive to understand each child that they work with.
  • Motivate and inspire children with high expectations.
  • Be an ambitious and resilient team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Be committed to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children
  • Be committed to maintaining and developing the Christian character of school
