Nursery Teaching Assistant job summary
The role is mornings only 5 days a week (25 hours per week), on a fixed term from January to July 2026.
Salary Band 6, actual salary £14,715 to £15,934
The successful candidate will:
- Hold an approved Level 3 qualification (‘full and relevant’)
- Be willing to be trained in paediatric First Aid.
- Care deeply and strive to understand each child that they work with.
- Motivate and inspire children with high expectations.
- Be an ambitious and resilient team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Be committed to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children
- Be committed to maintaining and developing the Christian character of school
