What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion and enthusiasm for developing our youngest children;
  • Is a talented classroom practitioner, with strong subject knowledge;
  • Has experience of teaching in EYFS;
  • Is nurturing and forms strong relationships with children and parents.
  • Is able to work as part of our early years team and work collaboratively with external agencies and the wider community;
  • Has good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Will uphold our strong school values and respect the protected characteristics under the Equality Act.
