The successful candidate will be able to engage and enthuse our pupils and work collaboratively within a diverse team of professionals from across the education and wider care landscape. Our mantra “we never give up” and “great today, better tomorrow” underpins our approach to working with pupils and guides our values. We believe in establishing strong and supportive relationships with parents and carers, recognising the power of a ‘team around the child’ as another important factor in pupils’ success during their time with us.
