What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly person to join our office team. You will be the first person that parents and visitors to our school meet so should have good people skills including communication. Ideally, you will have experience of working with school administration systems such as SIMS and be comfortable and competent using a range of computer programmes including google drive, word and spreadsheets. You should enjoy working as part of a team and have the ability to problem solve. The role includes handling standard office routines such as inputting data and monitoring attendance as well as answering phones calls and photocopying. You should enjoy a varied day and working with children. First aid skills would be desirable.
