Office Administrator Apprentice job summary
St John’s CE Primary Academy, part of St Chad's Academies Trust, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Office Administrator Apprentice to provide administrative support to the academy office and wider team while developing valuable workplace skills and experience.
The successful candidate will support the smooth day-to-day running of the academy, providing administrative, clerical and reception support within a busy educational environment. This will include assisting pupils, staff, parents and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and helping to provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service.
This apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in administration. You will gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification, supported by experienced colleagues within the academy and Trust.
We are looking for someone who is organised, keen to learn, and able to communicate positively with others. You should have good attention to detail, basic IT skills, and the ability to manage tasks effectively in a busy environment. A professional attitude, willingness to work as part of a team, and discretion when handling confidential information are essential.
