Office Administrator job summary
We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator to join our amazing team at Bromet. Working hours 8.15am – 1.15pm (25 hours per week) your working weeks will be term time only plus INSET days.
As our School Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school’s day-to-day operations. From managing communication and school records to supporting with event logistics, first aid, and health and safety, your work will be key to keeping our busy school running effectively and warmly welcoming all members of our community.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with staff, pupils, and families.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to the needs of a busy school environment.
- Confident using a range of ICT systems (training can be provided on Arbor, and other school-specific platforms).
