Are you highly organised, approachable, and passionate about making a difference in a busy school environment? Peareswood Primary School are seeking a proactive and welcoming Office Administrator to join our dedicated team.
As the first point of contact for our school, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same — from managing reception and pupil attendance to supporting events, liaising with families, and ensuring our administration systems run efficiently.
You will be the friendly face of our school, providing an exceptional service to pupils, families, visitors, and staff, and contributing to our positive, inclusive school culture.
The successful candidate should…
- Have experience using administrative systems and ICT packages (such as Microsoft Office)
- Be highly organised with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both adults and children
- Be confident in maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information discreetly
- Be calm, professional, and customer service orientated in a busy environment
- Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and a commitment to being part of a collaborative team
- Be willing to engage with training and development opportunities
