Are you an organised, proactive, and enthusiastic administrator looking to make a difference in a school community? We are seeking a highly motivated Office Administrator to join our dedicated team at St. George’s CE Primary School, part of the Forward As One CE Multi Academy Trust.

This is a vital role, supporting both school-based and Trust-wide functions, contributing to the smooth running of administrative, financial, and organisational processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage manual and computerised records and information systems
  • Analyse and evaluate data to produce reports and statutory returns (e.g. DfE Census, LA tasks)
  • Provide administrative support to staff, governors, and external partners
  • Coordinate school admissions and manage lettings processes
  • Handle procurement, school purchases (via Sage), and financial administration
  • Support uniform, snack, and school-based ‘shops’
  • Ensure accurate data management in systems like Arbor Education
  • Promote the school through marketing and communications
  • Contribute to wider school events and Trust compliance needs
