Office Assistant (Part-time) job summary
Are you an efficient administrator looking for a term time role where you can support the children in our wonderful school?
This is a key role within our school, providing efficient administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Your Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Office Assistant to join our friendly, welcoming and busy team. Providing administrative and finance support as well as being a professional first port of call to all parents and visitors to the school.
What we are looking for
- Strong literacy skills and excellent communication.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to remain calm when juggling priorities.
- Demonstrable IT skills in a range of software including Microsoft Office.
- A flexible and positive team player with a good sense of humour.

The Details:
Start Date: 29th September 2025
Salary: £22,918.66 - £23,140 FTE
Actual Salary: £10,816.85 - £10,921.31
Hours: 19.75hrs a week - Wednesday and Thursday – 8.15am to 4pm and Friday 8.15am to 1.30pm (39 weeks incl. INSET)
Closing Date: Friday 5th September at 9.30am
Interview Date: W/C 8th September 2025
