Office Manager & Admissions Officer job summary

The ideal candidate should:

  • Be able to support the management and development of the school office
  • Organise, lead and motivate other staff
  • Develop, manage and operate clerical/administrative/financial and organisational systems
  • Have experience of school admissions processes, policies and procedures
  • Be aware of the school’s duty of care in relation to staff, students and visitors
  • Have excellent attention to detail and exemplary literacy and numeracy skills
  • Be competent in the use of IT packages including word processing, spreadsheets and school MIS systems
  • Have the ability to plan, organise and prioritise
  • Have understanding of safeguarding, data protection and confidentiality
