What skills and experience we're looking for
The Castle School is seeking to appoint an efficient, forward-thinking Office Manager and PA to the Headteacher from September 2024.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the main school officeas Office Manager and will oversee the administration/reception team to ensure a warm welcome to visitors and others whilst operating at the highest professional standards.
As PA to the Headteacher, you will provide a confidential, efficient, and high calibre personal assistant service in respect of all school matters and support the Senior Leadership Team as required.
This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills who has experience working in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build and form working relationships with students, parents and colleagues, and will enjoy working as part of a team.
