Bradford Forster Academy is an 11-16 Church of England secondary Academy and part of the Bradford Diocesan Academies Trust (BDAT), a growing Christian Multi-Academy Trust based in Bradford. The Academy opened on 1 September 2015 and now has capacity for 1050 students on roll in years 7-11. The school is forward-thinking, providing high quality CPD and there is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of growing diverse schools within the Trust.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a talented, inspirational, creative, and ambitious individual, The Office manager will lead an integral administrative team to support the overall functioning of our growing academy and supporting the Senior Leadership Team to successfully deliver high standards of progress and achievement for all students.
The role offers the successful candidate a challenge that will be both rewarding and fulfilling and will support you to achieve your own personal career goals and aspirations and the chance to make a substantial contribution to the growth and development of the Academy. The successful candidate will:
To provide a professional and welcoming reception to all stakeholders.
To work with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure an effective and smooth admissions process.
To undertake the maintenance and ensure the accuracy of the academy pupil database and collection of pupil data. To be responsible for the collection of data from parents or guardians necessary for the accurate maintenance of database.
Management of pupil records and filing (paper and electronic)
