Office Manager job summary

Oakwood Primary Academy is looking to recruit an experienced and committed Office Manager on a permanent basis to join their friendly office team.

As Office Manager, you will hold a key post of responsibility within the school, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school office, the hub of the school, and providing high quality and effective administrative support for the school leadership team.

We would love to hear from you if:

  • you have a warm, friendly, and professional manner
  • you have GCSE level 4 or above in English and Maths, or equivalent
  • you have experience of staff management
  • you are enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team
  • you have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload
  • you are confident using a range of IT systems
