Office Manager job summary
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to work across two primary schools: Plympton St. Maurice Primary School and Austin Farm Academy.
Post hours: 35 hours per week for 42 weeks per year, equally split across across two schools.
Fixed term contract 1st September 2025 until 31 August 2026.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for own workload within the remit directed by Senior Leaders. Responsible for undertaking a range of administrative, financial and organisational processes within the school. Ensuring effective co-ordination and integration of administrative and support functions within the Primary School setting.
The post holder will support the school’s day-to-day resources, which includes; its facility, property, health and safety, ICT, catering, and other administrative services. They will manage all aspects of the resources in these areas, from the people, diverse projects, preparation of management information and monitoring of performance against targets.
